​From when I got my show assignment to closing, I was overjoyed to have the opportunity to mix Legally Blonde for USC. As the spring musical, Legally Blonde was a contemporary show, which is typically more difficult to mix. Legally Blonde was incredibly challenging to mix, but the most rewarding show I have ever worked on. Legally Blonde follows Elle Woods, a fashionable and optimistic sorority girl whose boyfriend, Warner, breaks up with her to attend Harvard Law School. Determined to win him back, Elle enrolls at Harvard herself, where she struggles to be taken seriously by her classmates and professors. Over time, she discovers her own intelligence and confidence, ultimately succeeding on her own terms rather than changing herself for others. Through friendships, setbacks, and courtroom victories, Elle proves that being underestimated can become her greatest strength.
